Description
In Dragon Ball Generations Cell never got destroyed in the android saga with no one remembering he would be a problem thanks to the future Cell causing enough of a ruckus with Dr Gero taking Cell in his larva state and seeing how he could improve his creation. This version of Cell was prematurely killed in the Buu saga before he could reveal all of his new abilities. Decades passed and an event happens where the gates of hell are opened, Cell escapes but unlike most of the other people who escaped hell, he did not cause chaos and chooses to lay low and gather power in the background. Cells new abilities is that after absorbing someone he is able to convert some of their cells into his gaining their skills and abilities but not changing his appearance. another thing that was modified was the amount of androids he could absorb, Gero monitored which androids escaped the battle and made it to where Cell could now absorb 17 (his revival will be explained at some point in the Story), 18, 13. and his wife 21 who was the true key to unlocking his complete form. Cells personality is somewhat the same in this state but he is more intelligent thanks to 21. In this form he also gains 21's ability to transform others against their will but its not limited to candy. Dr Gero also implemented the ability for him to steal energy like 19 did.
