Excellent shot, love the lighting, and is expression is really great, almost as if you caught him off guard. I like how you've balanced the composition between him and the photo products in the background. It sort of suggests that the store is an important part of who he is, as if he's been in business for a very long time.

Great aperture settings, and DOF. Maybe next time have the camera little more angled upwards so the top of his head has room to breathe.
