this my entry for the MarioBros-FanClub Halloween/ Autumn contest!
Item: Autumn Leaf
Item Description:
the Autumn Leaf is a leaf power-up similar to the tanooki/raccoon leaf except it dose not give Mario the powers of a mythical creature instead it gives Mario the ability to create blocks made up out of leafs that can then be picked up pushed carried stood on top of or even thrown at enemies.
leaf blocks can be used to reach objects like star coins green stars or even the top of a flag pole with relative ease by making leaf blocks and then stacking them or by jumping and placing them beneath yourself.
if pushed off a ledge a leaf block will slowly fall because it's made out of leafs.
you can only make 3 leaf block at a time and leaf blocks can be destroyed by ground pounding them or by throwing a fire ball at them.
you can have more then 3 leaf blocks if another player makes them so if playing with 2 players you can have up to 6 on screen at one time.
the changes this power up makes to mario's physical appearance are as follows:
Mario's gloves change to mittens.
Mario now has a scarf.
Mario's overalls become red and his shirt and hat become orange.
Mario's overalls come up a bit higher showing a little bit more of his boots then normal.
