Description

Admittedly I rushed most of this pic (and didn't bother with background much so characters would stand out more). I just wanted to churn out another reference of my characters together, despite them not really interacting with one another, so I could get a commission done soon. I'm still playing around with the character designs so they have some noticable differences that I'm still deciding on.

But anyway! This is the start of the Mobian Mayhem lore/saga, starring our main protagonist squad:

Grips- a quiet yet friendly loner who won't say no to being a helping hand (or 8 of them...). He does have some issues personally connecting with others but he's working on it. His main attack method: using his many stretchy tentacles to latch and grip onto things.

Pastila- a rebellious teen delinquent who is frequently at odds with the law, including her city mayor who is also her father, in the middle of her parents' bitter divorce. Her rough attitude makes her a great fighter, even if she comes off as a bit crass. Her main gimmick: a unique mid-air dash allowing her to run on nothingness so fast she can even blast through walls.

Twisty- a pre-teen boy who is well-mannered and family-oriented, even if his autism causes him to have trouble in social situations at times. He tends to have good focus on anything he sets his mind too, even if clumsy at times. His weapon of choice: those metal traps he was caught in that will not come off. He managed to turn them into an asset as he uses them to bounce to extreme heights.

Saige- soon-to-be queen of the Hallowood Kingdom, said to be on the verge of extinction. Unfortunately, she also believes she's the queen of everybody outside of it, too. Don't you dare say one questionable word to her. Her forte: her wings allow her to float and ride the wind with ease, combined with her agile nature.

They happened to meet by complete chance; and yet, they go together better than peanut butter, jelly, white bread, and a paper plate. Stay tuned for more info on their adventures!
