First i draw the panels with my pen. Then, i clean, edit, and add the special effects with Adobe Photoshop! ^_^

I wish I had it.
I have yet to find any photo editors that are as good as photoshop.

It's Hard to find something good as Photoshop... I can suggest you GIMP or Painter, but since I use Photoshop, i can't tell you wich is better, and how you can use them!
