This looks great! But there's one thing that has caught my attention.
The Oakley-ish gloves, SP-GPS unit and sleeves. They're from Battle Territory/Battery, right?

PMCs don't wear uniforms or perform offensive actions, other than that it is an amazing piece.

PMC's are not a military organization therefore can wear whatever they prefer, especially if they are caught up in combat situations. As in i would much prefer to wear rip-stop camo pants and camo shirts with ripstop fabric, balistic helmets, etc rather than polo shirts, cargo pants and oper8or caps.
Also PMC's have had a history of being in combat whether they were ambushed while baby sitting a vip or while conducting security for a section in Iraq, maybe these guys are training or something.
Also thanks.

International law strictly forbids them from wearing anything resembling a military uniform and even pieces of clothing or equipment in an easily recognizable military pattern is in a gray zone. I would know, I know and train with a few guys that work for PMCs.

Well then, i guess i was ignorant. Thanks for your info and i am sorry for talking all sure about it.
Guess they are in another universe where cammies are allowed for PMC's then :V

Critique:
well-composed, well done.
Three MINOR details for the next projet:
1) Dude in foreground has an AOG and the front blade sight... AS FAR AS I KNOW one does not use an AOG sight with the front sight, rather, a fold-away is used ((Someone in the modern military orret me if I am wrong!))
2) The guy in the foreground looks like he doesn't have his rifle tuked in tight. Maybe he's getting ready to join his battle-buddy?
3) Did you forget to add the foregrip he seems to be holding? Or is it a stubby?

big army rarely removes the A2 post, it's not worth the effort to remove it and if you keep it you can cowitness your irons through your optic, in case you have an optics failure.

I have a friend a marine officer and stated that yes you would take off the front sight and use a barrel that has the gas block , unless the AOG sight uses the sight or is sighted to the AOG sight. Even so most times Marines like to keep the sight. Most of the time its the troopers perspective to the gun. So in all the front sight is still on the rifle in the field.

One thing I really, really have to say. And this is to clear up all of this "Call of Duty" nonsense with the front post sight:
The front post sight is also the Gas Block, enabling the weapon system to be fully automatic, cycling the spent gasses used in firing the bullet and ejecting the spent shell casing, completing a circuit that enables the weapon to automatically fire again until all of the magazine is spent. If you get rid of the front post sight without replacing the gas block, then you will no longer have a functioning M16. Also, flip up/down post sights are usually only used in modified weapons used by civilian's, or come from the manufacturer that way. Some examples of those weapon systems are the Daniel Defense M4 systems. Those come with the front post sight modified to flip up/down, unless otherwise specified. Thank you.

1) I don't really understand what you are trying to say to me, sorry.
2) Yes that's what's happening.
3) There is a foregrip but you can't see it for some reason.

okay, an Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight (abbreviated ACOG) is a type of low-power scope used by a great many militaries around the world.
Long-winded explanation aside, I am not aware that one uses one of these sights with the standard front sight (the big triangle on the M16). If I am mistaken, then I'm mistaken.

The hand on the foregrip looks a bit awkward, but that could just be the angle
