Looks like a early Gato with a modified bow, is the design supposed to be original or just your own impression of a Gato?

"...I was deployed on a sabatage mission, which was odd because i am not an infiltrator, but the army was desperate and i was comissioned as the radar assistant staff member on the Submarine "TΓΆdlicher Blick". I was a low-ranking member, but i played my part like a regular assistant. We were on patrol in (in their cse) enemy occupied waters. I was equipped with 5 satchel charges i would plant onto the engine. The mission parameters were strict, i had no escape but to risk swimming out of the top hatch while the sub would be sinking toward the depths. There were many problems with this, so i was issued a small firearm...and a vial of poisen...
Luckily, as expected, the "TΓΆdlicher Blick" moved into shallow Itailian waters for a closer periscope view. It was 372 feet to the bottom, and we were at 100 feet. I stole a knife from the kitchen, in case my path was blocked and the use of firerms was too risky. I walked to the CO's room, which was unguarded. He lay calmly in his bed as i raised the knife above his neck, directly above his spinal cord. I plunged the knife downward, and the CO's expression was the same, the calm look on his now bloody face. I rumaged through hs dressing droors for a uniform, then a hat.
I walked down to the engine room nearly unbothered, even though i had my hand on my face. "sir, what's wong?" asked the custodian next to the door leading into the engine room. In a quick motion, i slammed my hand into his traqea, followed by a quick neck snap, to be sure he was dead. I picked up his body and put it in a nearby janitor's closet(it only made sense it was so conviniently placed next to the engine room, because the custodian on a Sub is entitled to the same duties as an engineer, except that the use of a custodian/janitor in a repair of the engine would requre mortal damage requiring more hands than offered). I continued into the engine room, where two engineers were on standby. "sir, what're you doing here?" says one, his speech slurred from beer. The were drunk, so i was able to speak with them(the reason being is that they would not be able to interperet my voice fom the actual CO's). After a request to step out, they obeyed orders and stumbled outside the engineering room.
One, two, three, four charges, armed and set on a two minute timer. i then made a break for it and sprinted utsidethe room and down the hall. Everyone was suspicious of what i was doing, running down the halls as if hell were following my tracks. Fifty seconds remaining, i ran to the ladder leading to the exit. "Bloody hell! it's a spy!" yelled the XO, holding the bloody knife used to assasinate the captain. Twelve seconds remaining i iopened the hatch and water rushed in. I was nearly thrown back into the sub, but i climbed out, my breath held. An explosion rattled me, even in water, the load BOOM! could be heard as the "TΓΆdlicher Blick" began it's decent into the shallow grave below. pain filled my lungs as i broke 20 feet below sea level. I felt like i was going to explode, the pain becoming unbearable, i exhaled, an important strategy for buying extra seconds while surfacing.
I broke through the water, gasping for air like a beached fish gasping for water. I used my last bit of strength to swim ashore..."
Sorry about the story being so long.

Gato-class subs had a second deck gun mounted ahead of the conning tower.
This is either a U-boat or a Japanese B-class submarine.

This is great. What program was it made in?

Either a German U-boat of some type, or a Japanese Type-B class. Definitely not American; they always had a second deck gun on the bow.
