Milo was actually a random idea. All I thought was a orange cat with a blue tie, now normally these ideas always fade away but the idea was too good to let die. One idea would had Milo work at a area where aliens and monsters were kept for studying. Then came the idea for Retro Overdrive, since I like the 80's and its stuff, I decided it would be the perfect role for Milo. One time, Retro Overdrive would be set in the present and the town he lived in would act as if it was the 80's but it was scaped due too many problems with the time and such. So it was settled to be set in the 80's.
