Thanks! I love doodling in my notes. XD My teachers don't always like it though! I don't think they understand that doodling actually HELPS me concentrate and remember the material. q=

I hear you!

I doodle constantly in class! It's both an impulsive thing and a memory preserver for me. Sometimes I take little notes on my doodle page, but usually my brain just files it away with the drawing as a trigger. It's like a code for my mind only. I used to do patterns all the time instead of of drawing, and I would make a lot of errors in my patterns, and whenever I was looking back at the finished pattern I would recall what was being talked about when I was on this line or that one. Again, I verbally said to my teachers in defense of my pattern-drawing during classes "My memory is horrible. Always has been. But when I draw, it helps. It's a coded message that only I can read, and it's something I'm more likely to hold onto that a page of letters and random notes. My patterns are similar to computer programs, in a way, as every line is another piece of information, and I will remember it longer if I can code it this way."

JK, I do take good notes, they just end up spanning across several more pages than they should! XD
