I think I've finally done it. I've finally created an OC that I fangirl over. XD This smallish guy, ladies and gentlemen, is Xander! I like my other drawing of him better, but it's just a white background and doesn't show size comparison.SO MUCH FLUFF GAAAAAAAH
Expect to see more Xander! Hopefully.

8D I bet they would! He's been learning how to navigate the world at a smaller scale, but seeing as he grew up normal, he's having some trouble adjusting. Maybe Mite the Mouse could give him a few lessons!

He's actually part black cat, but I think the common name is neko, which is japanese. I don't really care what he's labeled as though.

Not quite! I was just doodling and then POOF! Xander. I'm still trying to figure out his character.

Hmmmm well I think he started off normal sized, but contracted some sort of cancer like disease that he had to have a specific type of radiation therapy for, which had some side effects... the most prevalent being shrinking. After moving to a district closer to a better hospital, he didn't have a big chance at meeting new friends, seeing as he was a bit strange and got about 2 inches shorter each week. At about 3 ft. though, he met his best-friend-to-be after she got a book down from the library shelf for him and they struck up a conversation. Now at about 5 inches he's finished with the radiation therapy but he's stuck at that size.

Interesting. The whole radiation thing is a slight clichΓ©, but the character not going crazy with despair and hiding from everyone is nice.

Well I was thinkin more of a chemotherapy type of thing instead of getting exposed to freak uncontrolled radiation and turning into a superhero/villain, but yea, I suppose radiation is cliche. c[= As for the whole despair thing, it's made him appreciate life more and become more active in fundraisers and spreading awareness about his disease, but in school he still has trouble with the whole "people avoiding him" thing. That'd get anyone down!
