Description
Im working on this piece in two ways. The original pencils are almost complete, i plan to remove the existing pencil layer and replace it with the full version, that colour the rest it.The main reason I did this was to get practise on my colouring skills. I think the hair is the hardest part of this piece, which Im still working on.
Comments and advice are always welcomed.

why go thru the trouble of the contrast changes, the rule of KISS ( Keep it simple stupid) some of the shaping can just as easily be done by making the face thinner and taking up that space with the hair... you know what i mean?

now that you are going from pencil to color you could maybe define that right side cheek bone a little... I understand you may not be going for the most accurate likeness of senor Cruise.
You are doing fine with the hair as far as form goes, Darken it up just a tad.
Just My thoughts and comments.

Thanks for the advice, I see what you mean with the check bone. I may try and add more contrast to his face, so things become clearer. I may begin work on his suit and clothing, and see what sort of textures I can make.
