I'm placing this in "Breast Cancer Awareness" instead of Fan Art. This started as a sketch of my character and somehow morphed into my old-school Sailor Sakura character promoting Breast Cancer Awareness.I've been working very hard on this for a week and I'm not satisfied with it. I'm throwing this up before the month of Breast Cancer Awareness is over.
I got inspired to finish this for a co-worker who's sister just became diagnosed with Breast Cancer, but thankfully its the least lethal version of Breast Cancer. It's only in her breast milk so luckily the doctor caught it in time and she'll be okay. I have met my co-worker's sister and they are both very nice and kind-hearted women.
This is the first time I've CGed this character, and I think she came out rather nicely. I gotta admit, though, I'm seriously getting sick of computer coloring pictures with lots of pink. IE: Sailor Chibi Moon and Helios.

Because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month in America. Anywhere you go in America there is "Think Pink" with the pink ribbon.
