It is only called "rain" when it's between the earth and the sky.An attempt at painting a random mental image. It used to look different.
Baaahhh so behind on everything I SHOULD be doing and what do I get? MORE ideas for doodles. I just rediscovered my WIP pile, too. XD;
I WILL GET THROUGH MY INBOX ONE OF THESE DAYS. I AM NOT TRYING TO IGNORE YOU ALL. REALLY. PROMISE.

The figure has a transparent glass-like effect, which is really unique. And the design is overall amazing, along with the texture of the background.
