Description
It's not really an end but a continuation in other place. His turn to leave -while it was expected after years of hard, no breaking work- left a huge hole that cant be filled. Maybe it is best he now has a time to rest, pace as he will and watch us from above- as you know, not only pegasi can walk on clouds. But would it be too bad it he winded that clock only a little?

Woo! I love painting, and I specially love painting clouds, even if I don't rightly know how to do them yet. It was so relaxing painting them I don't know why I don't do clouds more often. So beautifully organic.
Things to become better at: clouds and shading... I need to focus more on light sources. Additional critique is welcome
Hope you like it! You can find it on tumblr as well!
Big Macintosh... I love him, he is best pony! There, I said it.

Now that is something I hadn't though of but I'm glad! That is one of my favourite paintings from DalΓ.

I really like the way you painted this... is there a reason why Big Mac is illuminated from below?

Thank you
Heaven is way above the normal sky, above the sun and stars and light usually comes from bellow (I should have reflected that with the clouds as well...)

death is inevitable, unless you become a cyborg.

True. Being a cyborg also has some benefits but I doubt I would like it on the long run.

The main problem now is EMP waves.

This is a bit depressing, but my spirit was lifted when I read your description. Nice work!

Thanks!
Think about all the fun he can have in the clouds if he wishes! And there are other options too...

This vaguely reminds me of All Dogs Go to Heaven, the pocket watch bit especially. But a lovely piece overall!

Yes! It's a reference to All Dogs Go To Heaven, I didn't put in the description to see if someone noticed. It's a great movie!

Glamorous painting.
It probably could be improved and fine-polished, but that does not matter to me all :that: much since its originality and atmosphere - at least for me - redeem any of its potential minor flaws.
I would be overjoyed to see more of such odd-themed art pieces see the light of day, even if they don't become quite as popular as some more ~normal~ creations.

Thank you for your kind words!
That would be nice indeed but it's difficult in such an ocean of images and creations. Surfacing takes skill and a good share of luck as well (at least in the beginning). Maybe someday.
