This is the Tribute in Light and lower Manhattan shot from Brooklyn on September 11th, 2005. The lights are located near the WTC site.As a side note I would like to say the lights were AMAZING, especially close up where you could see smaller spotlights that were white flying around the two big strobes, they looked like angles/stars. Very pretty.
I have a lot of photos from different angles and locations of the lights, I might submit another of the photos later.
