Personally, I think the only good thing about the Energon anime was the Maximus combiners. What would their story have been in the comic?

Energon is part 2 of Unicron Trilogy beside Armada (part 1) and Cybertron (part 3). It's story made and followed by the same name novel/ comic before. RID is the Outside Universe Story of these.

The Combaticons were my personal favorite Gestalts of that line with The Constructicons as a close second, so it's nice to see art for them.
I really do like the attention to detail on the limbs especially. Though I think that what really throws me off is the really vibrant colours. But, it seems like the legs are a bit squat compared to the arms. But overall it is a pretty solid work.
