That's an early concept sketch for the Armada Unicron toy I did for Hasbro (through Dreamwave) back on 2002.It was based on guidelines provided by Hasbro (you can see influences of the G1 Unicron as well the ones from that unproduced Beast Wars Neo Unicron).
Of course the final product differs from this drawing, but you can still see that some of the details were kept, like the "diadem" thing on his forehead.

And the wings are awesome - so demon-like.
If you want a tiny critique, I seem to see a few perspective/angle inconsistencies on his right leg, but who cares! This is awesome.

He's excellent. His poseability is slightly limited by his triple-changing mechanics, but he is a fun and kind of absurd toy.

Won him from a friend's pile of goodies he hauled over from Ireland (or was it Scotland) with him in a group trivia contest he held at BotCon 07. I was amazed no one chose him as a prize before I did.
I scored rather well too

I see the head and the chest missile thing was redone with what looks like the weapon on his right arm. They also kept the shoulder horns that came from the BW neo toy and they did use the leg missile launchers sort of. I'm actually KING of glad they didn't use the arm weapon there though. Still, great concept. ^_^

Those kinda look like he "sensor's/subspace antennae" found on earth ships in Stargate: SG1 and so forth. They had antennae sticking out their bow's. Guess someone leaked something...
