That's an early concept sketch for the Armada Unicron toy I did for Hasbro (through Dreamwave) back on 2002.It was based on guidelines provided by Hasbro (you can see influences of the G1 Unicron as well the ones from that unproduced Beast Wars Neo Unicron).
Of course the final product differs from this drawing, but you can still see that some of the details were kept, like the "diadem" thing on his forehead.

I heard through an unreliable source that there were a VERY few G1 Unicrons made in the 1980s.Β If only... I can imagine one of those in cast metal.

In this one one the wing are like demon witch is good to give the feeling of the "Devil" of TF,however this looked more heavenly armed,the final product was more reseable to G1 Unicron I cant say witch is better but I thin this could make a more intresting toy

Looks good. I like how the wings are made out of the planet shell parts, but I'd imagine that those wouldn't work out so well on an actual toy.
I'm not too fond of the giant gun claw arm, though.

The weapon arm was in the Hasbro's guidelines, but they later changed plans and put a similar gimmick in the robot's chest.

Ah, I see. Minicon-activated, then, I assume? It's always interesting to see how concepts evolve through the design process.

I never liked the way the planet shell was just kind of there. I wish the final product kept the nice wing/cloak design you have here. It reminds me of Deathscythe Hell's cape in Endless Waltz.
