Ah the adopt market is so finicky that it can be really tough sometimes but dont stop trying !!
Also I would recommend trying some off base adopts anyways (from personal experience I would even take a very poorly drawn adopt over any regular base adopt). I just like the uniqueness of individual lines more <3 I know that may not apply to everyone but it seems to be the case with most of the people I know ;w;

There's more where that came from! I inspire to get as good as you GuIIs, any tips? I use Clip Studio Paint- (64Bit). Either way, you are wonderful digital artist! You're welcome!

Im so flattered gee :,0 !! Also I'm not familiar with clip studio paint but I would reccommend getting Gimp or Paint tool sai! Photoshop is another option but that's very expensive
Also: if you want to get Sai (that's what i use) beware of virus infested downloads
Either way, I would say start studying things like color theory and how to do backgrounds and looking at all sorts of art for inspiration.. practice a wide scope of things even if they seem daunting or look bad at first (you can only ever improve, dont forget that)
Most importantly !! return to 'the roots' of art too, drawing traditionally is very important!! And doing realism studies
TL;DR Practice a LOT and practice many things, your skills will improve faster if you push your abilties
