I know Amber's in this one too, but she already got her name in a title!

But, I'll tell how I first got the inspiration for the character of "Amber." In Sonic Adventure 2, (and maybe 1, I don't remember.) there's this line in Tails' theme song that goes:
"I want to fly high,
so I can reach the highest of all the heavens
Somebody will be
waiting for me, so, I've got to fly higher."
So, the logical conclusion is that someone Tails knew is in heaven, and he wants to see this person. Thus, Amber was born, and I knew I'd be killing her off at that moment.

Anyway, Tails there is my favorite character in the sonic series. We all know how I first got inspired to do "Tails' Revenge." (Or, if not, see page #40) Ya know, I thought it was finally time to make the little guy the main character.

Now, on to talking about the picture. It's a whole new shading style! Colored pencils as light! And I seem to be getting better and better at drawing hugging! So, yay.
