Doctor who's SilenceThis is my first work using Zbrush ( and not the last ! ) Sculpted with Zbrush, rendered with Vray in 3ds max 2013, additional effects and color correction with After Effects.

This creature looks like one of the dark minions/servants of the ancient Shadows from Babylon 5. You only get very brief glimpses of them experimenting and modifying humans to serve as the CPU's of the organic Shadow ships.

i think it's a simple design, a skull mixed with "gray" alien, so it might looks like several monsters designs in sci fi

I had to check what "Tool" was 
Yeah i see what you mean darl/blue ambiance and creature style, but that creature is from Doctor who tv show, i was influenced by some dark/blue scenes with those creatures ( called the Silence ) also in the tv show
