I'm not sure what exactly, I had in mind at the time, but it was probably along lines of: (guy get's tied-up by intruder and dumped in bath), or a Lads prank (guy falls asleep at a party and gets tied-up by friends (or others there) ) Presume, you were the photographer and not the subject?
