Cat is another main character for the Succubus Hunt series, she makes a deal with the victims to bring back artifacts that are found in Purgatory to sell to the other demons in exchange for giving victims tools and items to escape her Succubi sisters in animal forms. In fact, this is actually where most of the real money they get from their hunts, the artifacts not their customers, though they still do have to pay a bit of a hefty sum.

Anyway, when Cat was selling her wares to the Succubi and other demons, a strange rumor started to go around that took advantage of the Succubi's unwillingness to deal with the Furry fandom of any kind, that a Succubus can actually keep their identity hidden apparently in the form of Loona. But Hellhounds don't look like Loona or any of the Hazbin Hotel Hellhounds in this world and to make the anonymous thing even more useless, Succubi are trained to identify each other no matter what disguise they wear to seduce humans by sensing each other's magic. This is a way for a Succubus to work together with her sister to seduce one human or another, as well as being able to not get into each other's ways in the middle of their jobs, unless they want to that is.

Anyway, being able to tell which Succubus is which by magic is the reason why Cat suggested that they at the very least should wear different outfits, but at that time in the final panel from the past, she didn't know they were trying to hide their identity from her and the other Succubi. But apparently in addition to turning themselves into a hot anthro hellhound, some of them even try to act like the dog Loona technically is. But again, there was actually no need for this since Cat was able to pinpoint which one is which anyway.

Luckily Cat is quite the business woman to not reveal their identities to each other, but she has seen enough Loonas that she just had to ask the lone Loona that showed up in present day to figure out why. The fact that their Hellhounds look nothing like the anthro dogs like Loona, just made them stand out more and she would rather that her customers feel comfortable shopping in her store. Although I guess it would've helped welcome the customers more had she run the shop in her true Succubus form instead of the cartoon Cat from Infinity Train, but she personality likes being this character so she rarely changes into her true form anyway.

She kinda shares Leader's ideals of others embracing what they really want instead of hiding it and she was being honest that if their Hellhounds actually look like Loona, Leader would have them work for her in capturing humans for their jobs. But now that she's aware of someone telling other people to turn into Loona to shop in her store "Anonymously," she won't be going too easy on the one who started all of this because it is hurting her business somewhat and she's lucky that her high quality artifacts from Purgatory keeps customers coming in so the whole Loona rumor isn't really hurting her that much.

On another side note: I just find it kinda funny that Samantha, Cat's nickname from Infinity Train, collects treasure that is just bunch of random junk and knickknacks and only values them because she's literally a cat that doesn't understand most human things. Cat the Succubus on the other hand, has artifacts that LOOK LIKE random junk but actually have some powers and abilities that most demons can even dream of. Just a bit of info that makes Cat a little different from Samantha besides being a demon that turned into her because of her victims from The Hunt.
