On the third day of Fleet Week, Meri forgot that it was one of her days to hang out with Felicity during her turn in which they hang out in their anthro forms this day. A fact that kind of annoys Felicity, but also frustrates her about the constant changes her sister has been going through and makes her feel like that her boyfriend is taking advantage of her transformation abilities once again.

Anyway, when Felicity normally visits Meri, Meri is normally in her Black Gatomon form or Cat Bee form and her Gatomon forms are usually the same size as her human forms. So, this is the first time Felicity has seen Meri didn't shrink directly to the same size as her or remain taller than her which surprises her a little bit. However Felicity still demands a bit of "normalcy" around them even if they're hanging out as anthro women for the day, and would prefer to see Meri in slightly more normal clothes than an heroic adventurer's outfit. Although from what I understand about the Aether world it's a mix of modern/steampunk world with a couple of medieval elements still sticking around, especially since Fleet is still in the same time period as the original main characters.

Sure, the girls can magic up their clothes just like you've seen in Felicity's TF sequence where her scrunchie turned into her collar, but most Succubi prefer normal clothes since creating them with their own magic takes a bit of energy and for some instances, just more trouble than its worth. That's why Succubi like Felicity would prefer to use real clothes as it not only helps with their authenticity of their disguises, it's also quite fashionable too.
