Succubi can only read imaginations, not minds. So learning more about the character is even more fun.
The reason they can't read minds is just one of the restrictions that I think makes the most sense for Succubi, otherwise they could do alot of jobs that other demons can do easily. It's just that by reading the imaginations of their Targeted Humans they can quickly predict and counter whatever ideas that come to their mind as well as fulfill wishes and scenarios that they think might not happen in real life. So, if you ever met a girl that can do everything before you ask them and they're not part of the same interest/fandom groups you're in you may be dealing with a Succubus.

If Meri was being a normal Succubus she would act more like how I expected Cat Bee to act and react accordingly, Succubi can't really read far into a character's backstory unless they peer deeper into a human's mind. But for the most part a Succubus will just do everything to keep the human's attention on them until they have their way with them and get them to commit the sin.

But Meri doesn't like doing that and as somewhat of a writer myself, Meri loves it when I talk about the character and especially the origin of said and what made me interested in them in the first place. While this time she was okay with this kind of surprise, she would still prefer to have a heads up about any new characters, anthro monsters, and anthro races she would want to turn. Especially since she would at least transform in front of me.
