Wellllllll...I tried to do something different. Inspired by Bootstrap Bill's..makeup in Pirates of the caribbeans...The picture ain't great, sorry I had to take the picture inside...no tripod...it's raining outside...(usually I take them outside...more light)
The make-up isnt great either...
I might try to do something with it on Photoshop later... anyway ! Comment if you want ^^

Bootstrap is very complicated to dress up as though. (davy jones is easy, they have masks at the disney store with him xD) But poor Bootstraps gets no lovins, him and Captain Teague are my favorite characters based on appearances.

Wellll I used cotton balls and liquid latex...sooo..well yeah otherwise thats about it...then just added some colors...!

A really dumb question, where could i get all the supplies i need to do this? (cheap plz, because i suck like that xP )

Hmmm well you live in the united states...so I don't really know the stores there. But probablt a halloween/costum shop ? sells the basic stuff...
For that well you need liquid latex..I got a little thing forrr $7 here...sooo I think it's cheaper in the USa...not too sure though
Cotton balls...well in any drug store/pharmacy...
annnd for this i used eye makeup (eye shadow...blush, metallic cream eye makeup) and this can also be bought in a pharmacy...Otherwise just use what you've got...that's pretty much what I did (except for the liquid latex)
Then just apply some on your face, shaped like a star, and then apply some small pieces of cotton ball...then more liquid latex on top (this makes it ...rubbery ^^)

Well, I've got new material : liquid latex and spirit gum.
For this, I used...vaseline (yeah I tried putting that under, because I don't know why but liquid latex really hurts lol) spirit gum (to stick the cotton ball pieces to the skin) cotton balls...liquid latex (to cover up the cotton ball...and to make a plastic look..) hmm...thenn normal make-up... foundation with some food color in it...etc...
I don't really know if this is detailed enough...let me know if you want to know more !
