Great evocation of rain, cold and desolation in the bare branches and the huddled bird.

Wauw, fantastisch!

Beautiful. I really like the composition of this, the idea of the very bare tree with the single pidgeon sitting on it, which almost looks too big for the branch. ^^

cute, i love the simplicity of it great composition. Hey i did a review of the 30D today btw, it's not bad, more compact, kinda like between the 350 and the 20 in terms of body. still to expensive though lol. take care man still great stuff i'm seeing

except the price hahaha 20D is going over the counter for some nice low prices lately

we have the 28-300ml one in the cabinet at work, it's HUGE weighs a ton and when you pull it out to 300ml it's so long lol. It' a strange beige colour for some reason. phenominal lens though, the results are amazing. massive range.

ah thats their name in english? I didn't know this. In german they are called "Ringeltauben" because of this white ring around their necks.

The background is what has really caught my attention. It looks as thought the bird is sitting on the tree with these glazed walls all around him, trapping him inside while he is only able to look outside at something that seems to be beautiful yet he cannot fully see it.
Very nicely done
