Nomura's art never had her that busty -- it was a visual thing with her ingame model to make her silhouette more distinct. Just admit you like giant titties and stop making this a weird "ruined forever" asspull, this was never how tifa was "supposed" to look.

1: Their version of realistic is "Smaller chest and bigger waist"
2: Realistic for a female who works out as much as she would to be the excellent fighter she is, is pretty much what they have her working with. Hell if anything she should be a bit more defined in her arms and legs. But her chest being large and perky is entirely possible. If she was born with the "Large boob gene" then her working out would keep them perky. Chest exercises help keep a woman's breast from sagging.
So for the people saying she needs to be "realistic" they need to go to see woman who work out and see how real Tifa really is.
