People complain about she should look more "realistic". Come on! she is in a video game called "Final FANTASY" She kicks monsters ass and defeat them.I was looking old pictures about her and I draw a more accurate breast size. I hope you like it!!!!
Also Square Enix could do a mode where we can see her big.

Not necessarily, but there's a lot of nostalgia packed into those breasts. And while you can attribute her size to the low-poly technology of that gaming generation, the fact that there was a busty woman who broke down a lot of common stereotypes of the time by being obviously sexy AND having a rich, layered, lovable personality at the same time made a big impact on a section of players. She was like a mirror of Aerith who fulfilled the standard 'mystical waif' tropes of your usual love interest.

What "high ground rigamarole"? I'm not saying having huge boobs is insulting to women, I'm saying it'd look silly with how much motion is present in Tifa's playstyle. This isn't DoA, Square Enix is clearly going for a semblance of seriousness, and having Tifa's boobs flopping around would look silly.

What I'm saying is that people like you are looking for excuses to complain about Tifa's tits not being quite as huge anymore. When you boil down all the arguments, most of you are just mad she has D cups now instead of DDD cups. You're making excuses that it's about what makes Tifa Tifa, but her fucking tits don't define her. What defines Tifa is a her strength, courage, and compassion. Saying Tifa's breast size is what defines her is incredibly reductive.

to put my perspective to paper, as it were, i have had nothing but insults and demeaning comments from other women due to my bust size, and all that i request is that large breasted women receive some form of positive representation without the backlash you've so gracefully chosen to display to prove my point.
growing up and developing larger breasts, you are teased from the moment they begin to outsize what is "normal" it is this continued insistence that you are abnormal that affects self esteem as when you are told you are a freak or abnormal over time, you begin to believe it.
my claim isn't that she is defined by her breasts, quite the opposite, and the fact that that is all you read into it proves my point: large breasts do not make you interesting, but criticizing ALL portrayals of large breasted women is sending the wrong message, it's saying quite plainly that because of your body developing in a way you cannot control, that you are lesser, that you are abnormal and not capable, that you should be hiding away in shame.
i went through this in my life, until i found good friends, accepting friends, and a few with a similar experience... we discussed this and realized over time that we were comfortable in our bodies, in spite of this negative perception, not because of it.
so saying that large breasted women are defined by their breasts is not the message, it's that a large breasted woman can still be a hero, a relatable character, or a strong role model, and be proud of their bodies, not ashamed of them.
Edit: for the record, my entire stance summed up is: it shouldn't matter that a woman is shown with large breasts, it shouldn't be an issue to see a large breasted woman on the screen at all, and yet it is criticized every time it happens. the stance of "she has large breasts! she shouldn't because it doesn't matter what size they are!" is not making her breasts not matter, it's making them the focus, making them not matter would mean a shift to a stance more akin to: "she has large breasts! good for her, it doesn't matter." large breasts may not define a person but they are undeniably a part of their body and should be respected as such, as all sizes should.

positive representation from anime? they're constant walking boob-jokes or purely there for the sake of eye candy, seldom are they more than that unless it's suddenly plot convenient...
as for where i live, i have had the same response in every corner of the US, without exception... it is primarily women, strangers have walked up to me and attempted to convince me to get a breast reduction without provocation, they've spouted off irritating comments and when called on it they act bewildered, as though it never occurred to them that it may not be normal to mock someone... then there are the less kind comments, typically behind my back, or worse yet to my face... being spoken to slowly and clearly comes to mind, as when waitressing especially customers assume that because of my bust i must be some vapid bimbo, coughed names "slut" being most common with "cow" being a close second, asking why i would do this to myself assuming that my breasts must be fake, and then the rally i spectated is another fine example, being told i am unrealistically proportioned to my face. It is a genuine constant and i have reached a point that i can't simply ignore it like i used to, as the perception is continuing to shift toward this... often hailed as "progressive" ...
at any rate, i'm rather preoccupied at the moment... and quite tired of this, of having to either put up with these passive insults or bite my tongue... i'm just tired.

My apologies, i'd intended to cede your point regarding anime, at least they admit that larger breasts exist and seem to lack the animosity toward their portrayal... i'll attempt to keep my bitterness and preoccupation from affecting my viewpoint, as you deserve a discussion and not an uncompromising wall of denial and negativity.
What i would like to see is developers feeling free to portray large breasted characters without fear of backlash, as has happened with games like the recent battle chasers title where the devs claimed they had to "change with the times", the unilateral de-breasting and general homogenization of figures in the mortal kombat roster is another example, of course there was the progressively smaller Lara Croft, and now Tifa as shown in dissidia and to a lesser extent the remake. i'm not asking for characters to be altered, quite the opposite, i simply want to see more tolerance for such portrayals, for them to be taken at face value and without a knee-jerk negative reaction. Positivity can come later if at all, at the moment i simply want to this negative miasma surrounding the subject... then perhaps we can move on to live action media in time.
Again i do apologize for allowing my bitterness to get in the way of civil discussion... long years having to defend this same small hill have left their mark i'm afraid.
