Description
I had this idea the other morning; since I drew the Lois Androids, I thought it would be fun to see robots building robots. The freakish one on the right just sort of grew - she started out with an arc welding torch arm, and she ended up with a "Robby the Robot" vehicle body. The story behind this was simple - I was literally signing in a flatbed with a Bobcat on the back at work, and got to thinking. I thought it would be fun to have her drive up and down the line with a bunch of spare parts in that vehicle bottom. And all the arms and accoutrements can be switched out for whatever is needed. I also had fun with the eyeballs on the left. At the end of the line are finished Lois androids.
