This world seems fakeCold and empty.
Is there any life that's good?
Because I cannot find it...
I feel trapped and lost,
Broken and shattered.
Perhaps even beaten,
And shoved into the dirt.
But I have seen worse days.
And with these words,
Shall I pick myself up
And move along the path of life.
Even through tough and hard times,
I must know,
I must always know,
I am truly blessed.
Thank you God for the life I have.
Even if I don't enjoy it at times.
