Langston gave me permission to update his uniform designs, and this is the best I came up with, which I'm very proud of.Inspired by Section 31 costume design

Well...I didn't intend for the medical uniforms to have belts and the rank insignia kind of fallows the pattern of the TNG/Early DS9 Dress Uniform where the rank is on the shoulder not the coller.
