5.56x45mm just like it says on the side I was originally chambering it in a 6.8mm SPC, but decided against it since I was mainly creating an M16 replacement. After this is finished, I plan to go back and make a carbine version, along with a potential design revision to allow barrel changes. However, due to the way the gas system functions, I haven't been able to figure out if it's possible or not.

well at time i looked at it nothing was zooming in for me ,which why i asked

still nice gun an would be a good replacement for M 16

I left the trigger with the flattened face almost the same as the original SIG trigger, because of the potential use from someone with a gloved hand. the larger trigger surface gives a much crisper trigger break than an AR-15 or AK-47 style trigger. Right now I'm having trouble with the selector shaft..so we'll see how long this takes to work out, but I'm hoping to have a finalized render sometime in the 1st week of March

I see but personally I find the AR trigger shape rather comfortable even with thick gloves. I think the curve helps keep you finger from dropping downwards. But it is also a matter of personal preference I guess.
