Description
In the same vein as Blues before him, I have redesigned Forte/Bass. As he is a newer model of robot, I wanted him to look more advanced than Blues. His head design borrows a bit from the EXE version - I really like his helmet in those games. Also borrows from Cyborg of Teen Titans fame. Forte is supposed to be a badass, so I gave him some badass spikes on his hand to skewer Rockman.I will add shading in the future...
