It's against the rules here to make bases you traced off of someone else's picture without getting their permission first.

Uhh? In order for it to make it into a movie does it not need to be designed and drawn first?
And it's all fine and good that you'd take it down if the owner didn't like it, but the policy says you have to get permission beforehand- you can't just credit them or whatever.
A big problem with bases are that, even though you may take your base down after the artist complains, there could still be hundreds of people who've ripped off from the work because someone decided it was okay to take it.
