I have no idea how to send invoices to people who do not own a PayPal. From what platform would you pay ?

Technically it would be paying through a card. I believe PayPal has an option to send an invoice to someone through email with the amount to pay and stuff. I’ve done this payment method with Barbie and Tenshi before I was a little unsure if you have done it before.

NOTE: #1 only has skin marking what looks like goop/slime body but the body is intact. There is NO slime body trait in the Xynthii CS so far.
