Is the buyer allowed to create an adoptable with the outfit and sell it that way if they credit you for the outfit design? I was thinking because it says that you CAN use it as an adoptable, and it kinda confused me ^^"

You are not allowed to re-sell ANY kind of adopts of mine.
I always add the rule: No reselling.
These outfits adopt are for your OCs, to buy them and let all your OCs wear them.
Not to buy the outfit ,than you add some hair, eyes maybe a tail and wings and to re-sell my outfit design.
