Don't you have a sister or someone who sometimes could help you with paypal with her/his permission of course? I am trying to find out a solution somehow for the buyers who could pay pts only but not paypal.
I saw many underaged people getting a paypal on their own tough so you should maybe try make one in case you are underaged too.

Oh im 22 xD I just have never got a paypal because ive heard of many ppl having problems with like charge backs, or extra charges like shipping or what not & id have a heart attack if that ever happened to me so it just worries me.
I really should get one though, i think i will for when i open my commissions next time ^^

I never had a paypal ever in my life, used it many times, even ebay too. I could never faulth paypal, they never took any extra crap fee from me and never even had to contact an admin about any problem in the past 5 yrs.

I think you not need above 14 permission from an adult to have a paypal. I dont know, different countries,different law, you should look after it. But I know many underaged ppl who have paypal all over the world so good luck getting one.
