I love my oboe, but I wish I could play the English Horn. I love reeds, by the way. I actually made a necklace out of old, dead ones one time. XD

One of my favorite part about oboe and English horn reeds is the color of the string. It makes you feel so special..! Love this picture, its very colorful!

Fantastic use of the oboe reeds and the english horn reed. I'm a music education major and I LOVE my oboe, and playing the English Horn. So kudos to you, you rock my socks. ^_^

Ah! I love English horn. The sound is gorgeous. I want one, but my family can't afford one at the moment. All I got is my Howarth oboe (which I love anyway ). I really like your picture. My reeds only get one color a piece, though. Did you get multi-colored thread or just use two colors on each? Sorry if I'm a little obsessive; I'm actually an OCD oboist. Really. *hehe*
