HAHA! I was practicing inking and low and behold my scanner worked. It's a wondrous thing!A redesign of Deku Link in whats hopefully the style of twilight princess. *shrugs* This is an ink drawing I just finished~ Hopefully I'll have some watercolours and inks to follow with Zora Link, Goron Link, Fierce Deity Link, and of course our little Deku~
Very light rough sketch in mechanical pencils, drawing done in Sakura Ink Micron Pens (sizes 005, 05, & 03 ), edited on photobucket. :/ I need to but photoshop.

Thank you! I thought cross hatching would be best for Link because it can give an over all wooden affect. I'll be posting a commission someone asked of him and then a Deku!Sheik design in the same manner soon.

It was originally just a doodle that I decided to practice various inking shading techniques~ Hatching, Cross Hatching, Stippling, and solid fill. Phew! I can easily say Solid fill took houuurss for that hat~
And I'm quite proud of how his sleeve came out! Oddly enough I think his gloves & hands were the funnest part to work on~

Nice style to him. Although I'd pity him if he went through the snowpeaks with only one foot covered. XDDD (Sorry, didn't mean to make it sound like a flaw. > <)

I think I'd pity any poor little Deku that ventured to SnowPeaks. QAQ
XD and it's okay. I wanted to add some various style to his outfit so I just made his right foot have an ankle-low wrap. I think it's heavily impractical though!
