She doesn't have any headgear, she doesn't have any joke special talent for her...
Really, I don't think anyone in the fandom cares about her. Some people like Scootaloo, some people hate her, but at least they care. People hear "Sweetie Belle" and it takes them a minute to remember that it's a pony. Hell, her name sounds like an OC character, not a canon one.
