He's a ghoul from the game Fallout 3, which is an insanely addictive game. I'm really fond of the ghouls design in the game myself, so I wanted to make a blog to practice them. c: Good fun.

Mmmn I suppose you could call them that, yes. But not like the super mutants you'll meet in the games. They're more or less irradiated humans who lost their flesh and gained longevity despite that.
