Ao no Exorcist - The 8 Demon Kings (3 of 8)This is from the Anime/Manga Ao no Exorcist, is the best I ever seen. (Also knows as Blue Exorcist on US)
I posted all the Kings who appeared so far in the history, in the future I will add more characters to the image.
You can see the name of 7 of 8 King (the first one was not revealed yet).
8 Kings Names:
- Astaroth - King of Rot
- Amaimon - King of Earth
- Egyn - King of Water
- Azael - King of Spirits
- Beelzebub - King of Insects
- Iblis - King of Fire
- Samael - King of Time and Space
- ? - Unknown (Maybe his name is Pazuzu, King of Wind)

So, I came upon your picture here and thought I put in my opinion. I came across something that ranks Azazel at slot 3, under Mephisto. Being demon King of Spirits, to my knowledge, that has to be ranked at high.

originaly in mytology or religion, lucifer was originaly the name of the angel who was cast from heaven and became the strongest demon in hell, ergo satan/devil/ also still called lucifer in some religions or so i think o3o

The unknown demon king was revealed is the raws of the latest chapter. He's the King of Light, Lucifer and is by far the most powerful of the 8 kings. I can give you a link of the chapter if you want proof.

Hello, i just want to said something about Azazel.

For the English Azazel is King of Spiritis, but in France it's King of Air. I supposed the japanese word for Spirit mean as well Air (or Wind as you want). Well the Eighth King is not a King of Wind

Yeah, like in a lot of cultures, Spirits and Wind are often connected. They most certainly are in Japanese mythology, and it's not surprising if the two will end up being connected in the series. It's also worth noting that wind spirits and gods are often extremely powerful, most likely because they were thought to bring storms - Baal, Set (Or Seth, whatever you want to call him), Typhus, and Zephyr are some good examples.
Anyway, just my thoughts on the matter.

Okay, yeah my image is causing a lot of discussion and that was never my intention.Β ^^
All the information came from AoNoExorcist Wikia, so I don't if it's official or not, we will have to wait until a new demon king officially appear on manga, and only then I willΒ be ableΒ to correct the names, levels and King elements.

Well, I know in the anime (and if anyone has made this comment/argument already, I profusely apologize) they say there are 8 demon kings, but in the tenth manga book, Mephisto tells Rin there are 7 demon kings and he says he is the second most powerful being in Gehenna, under Satan, so he is most likely the first and highest king. Amaimon he says, and I quote "tarnishes the lowest seat of the Baal", meaning he is the 7th king.

lol. no, the Baal are what the 7 demon kings are called. Mephisto or Samael is the highest king and Amaimon was the lowest.

Yeah, TheOrangeSpork said that too. Mephisto said he's the second in Gehenna hierarchy right after talking about the Demon Kings to Rin, which madeΒ what he said a bit confusing.
Was not my intention to create confusion with the image. I will make another versions of this picture when more Demon Kings appear on the manga, and fix when they reveal their hierarchy.
