Later he deasapired leaving only a mystery message to Rachet tell him to follow and be loyal to the futur Prime in the storm how comming to ravage Cybertron and other worlds. They will be see each other when Cybertron will be reborn. Rachet never understand thas message but alawys belive them some is brother will come back from the far away coner of the universe and retake Is place on Cybertron as how he was a legendery Warrior and Protecteur.

The legend and Myth of IronHide:

1. Like Mégatronus, he is never defeat in Battle in the Arena, but fight less fight them Mégatronus. This is why he was not considered to be the greatest Champions and lot of Cybertronnien forget about him.

2. Before he's days in the Arena he was the only survivor of a exploring missions who set foot on a far way planet where fight to survived against a creature beast and kill here, Know as a Predacons. The data of the ship confirmed them the crew and Ironhide fight something on thas planet but no real proof thas was a Predacon. So the case was close and he never speak agains of thas event.

P.S. He's Larger, higher and blukier than Optimus Prime. Look more like the Prime in the Beast Hunter.
