^^ I found this lineart and I liked it pretty much but not really because it wasn't in PNG file. :C(When I found it it was in png, but it still had white and still went same for others)
The original version is over here.
(This is removed but I'll just keep it here

I'm sorry I don't use MS paint so I'm not sure but when I tried this on SAI it was in pixels so it should work for them, and if they still don't you can find a link to download free Paint Tool SAI

Okay, open the file in sai, then go to the layer option, and you should see a thing that says luminace to transparency and click that and that makes all the white areas transparent. uwu <3
