I've always wondered why the shadows are outlined in blue, and the highlights
are outlined in red when I look at cels. Are they easier to select on computer programs?

originally when animating on paper, the colors makes it easier to process since they are specifically scanner proof (to paint cels), or can be digitally altered afterwards.

Awesome. Just beat the game this week! It was great (and kicked my ass really hard). And I enjoyed the cutscenes a lot. I was actually wondering who did them until I read a blog post from Bryan that it was you guys. I was pleasantly surprised. I hope you guys do the next one if another one is made!

despite the odd twisting body, it's always great to see the progress. I like looking through these as reference studies

I'm probably missing something but, first and second frames from the bottom left, I don't think bodies can do that

you are right. and if i could go back in time, i'd definitely change them. but sometimes, in animation, poses get exaggerated to the point that they dont make sense.
normally, a person can never twist that far.

I just started to get into animation myself. I really love seeing unfinished key frames. I also really love your line work, it's so nice and neat. If you don't mind my asking, what do you use for lining?

theres a pressure sensitivity button for brush tool in flash, it take some time to get use to .
