It's a toy replica of the m92 Elite IA with a muzzle brake.

AMAZING. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. This is a fantastic piece. I've always wanted to do a shot like this myself! Ever since I became a fan of the series, I've loved the style and everything, and when I saw this picture (the original) i was captured. You certainly got it dead on kudos

Cool shot and concept. Nice control of lights. I can see the separation of the body from the background and details in shadow areas on my CRT monitor, but I still think it probably would look better if there were a tad more shadow details for the lower third or half of the frame.

Haha yeah. For CRT, which are generally higher contrast, you won't be able to see his body. Looks just right on my screen though...ah well. I should get my monitor calibrated.

Heh thanks
Well the reason why I submitted so quickly was because I had to finish processing and get it printed by the end of the week for Studio Art. Yeah....grades and deadlines are good incentive for getting things done early

pretty cool lighting - could have done with a bit more detail in the shadows though

Thanks for the comment. Yeah I agree with you in terms of seperation of the subject from the background....You can see a slight haloing effect on him but on high contrast monitors his body just blends in with the background Hopefully the print will look better.
