It's really good but I think you should have blurred out the very sides of your character because I see some white pixels there.

That is also the pain. Since I have to copy my character then add it to the another Layer (That's why it's not blur like background) and I have to delete everything on the sides of it with Eraser tool. Also done with Paint.net, it's not quite that professional-effect-outcomes :F
