It looks like a photo.
The blurriness into the background, the greywashing, the single lines of rain...
She doesn't look wet, no she's looking soaked.
Only some little probs I spotted.
The hair looks like kelp.
Only when her hair is kelp the rain can splash from it like that, so its okay if intended.
The blurriness of the umbrella, where all the spokes meet, is a bit sudden.
Some of the rainsplashes make no sense when the rain comes from the back at this angle, especially these on back (that's shielded with the umbrella).
The position of the umbrellas cap is weird, perspectively speaking, and shouldn't a part of it be 'clear' too? There's something cross/weird with the umbrella at all, point.
But that may be just me.

Gorgeous. Beautiful and discreet armor design, and nice rendition of a stormy weather. I really like the delicacy of her hands, they really give the impression that she barely holds her umbrella.
