You can probably tell, but I really like the kind of scummy/slimy/dingy yet futuristic Blade Runner style city!

I love this! It kinda reminds me of Akane Tsunemori from Psycho Pass! It's very well done, the lighting and shading is beautiful throughout the piece. I particularly like the background.

I agree with InvertedFace in regard to the conflicted part but I'd also humbly add that my mouth would get all gummy and general vocabulary would be reduced to "whu...um...glk..." and other similar fragments as I, somehow, consciously kept my hands in the open.

My first thought was psycho pass, which if you haven't seen it yet, i can recommend for a future watch

Great work! For me my first thought Β was Psycho-Pass but that's probably because Β I've never completely watch Ghost in the Shell. The lighting is amazing with all the colors in the background feeling vibrant.
